Today, this expertise is realized within a sophisticated 2500-square-meter facility equipped with thirteen state-of-the-art CNC machines, including 5-axis continuous mills and twin-spindle lathes, ensuring that every component meets the most demanding tolerances.

Metrology: The Science of Absolute Accuracy
At the heart of our quality control process lies a dedicated Metrology Room, a strictly controlled environment designed to eliminate environmental variables that could compromise measurement accuracy. This laboratory is maintained at a constant temperature of 20°C with a tolerance of only +/- 3°C throughout the year to prevent thermal expansion from affecting critical data. Within this protected space, we utilize a Mitutoyo Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), certified by Accredia, to perform complex three-dimensional verifications. This high-precision hardware is supported by a comprehensive suite of digital altimeters, millesimal micrometers, and rugosimeters to verify every specific technical requirement.
