How the 10Micron Forum Works

  • Visitors are welcome to explore and learn about our products!

    • To Access: Simply register your personal profile on the forum.

    • What You Get: You can read all public messages posted in the mounts section.

    • The Benefit: This is a great way to discover the features of 10Micron mounts and learn from the experiences of current owners before you make a purchase.

  • Customers gain exclusive access to technical resources and file downloads.

    To Gain Customer Access:

    1. Automatic Registration: Complete the initial automatic forum registration with all required personal data.

    2. Submit Verification: Send a private message to the Admin user (using the forum's function) asking to be activated.

    3. Provide Mount Details: To be verified, you must complete the following fields in your profile:

      • Model

      • Serial Number

      • Purchase Date

      • Complete the signature line with at least your Name and Surname.

    Note: Only the 10Micron forum administrator can view your Model, Serial Number, and Purchase Date details.

    If all requested information is not filled, we cannot activate your access to the reserved area.

  • We also suggest specifying your equipment specifications below your signature field to help other users assist you better (e.g., Mount: GM2000 QCI, Optics: C11”, Camera: ST10 SBIG...).
