PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The Double Telescope Kit configuration is a specialized integration designed exclusively for the AZ2000 HPS Mount, used to transform the system into a high-capacity, multi-instrument platform. By leveraging the inherent structural symmetry of the Alt-Azimuth form factor, this option allows for the simultaneous mounting of two or more optical assemblies in a side-by-side arrangement. This setup optimizes the mechanical load distribution across the mount’s axes, ensuring that the high-precision movement of the HPS technology remains fluid and responsive even under complex configurations.

In terms of versatility, the system maintains total compatibility with the established plate standards of the GM2000 and AZ2000 series. By integrating our proprietary Lodual or Maxidual dual plates, operators can achieve a sophisticated quad-optic array—supporting two instruments per side.

Embodying the 10Micron "Design for Precision" heritage, the hardware is meticulously CNC-machined from high-grade aluminum alloy and finished with black anodizing.

For maximum operational flexibility, the AZ2000 HPS can be specified with the Double Telescope option directly from the factory, or it can be integrated into existing systems as a field upgrade through our authorized dealer network.

Please note that clamping plates are tailored to specific instrument requirements and are therefore selected and ordered as separate components to ensure a bespoke fit for your optical setup.
