Moon features and 2.16.4 Firmware

Dear all,
we just upload the last stable firmware version 2.16.4.
In order to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the incredible Apollo 11 Mission, we upgraded the Moon features menu and now the features related to the Apollo landing sites are shown divided into
sections corresponding to the different missions.
